      • Application Form: Focuses on connection to region, perceived problems and opportunities, and passions.
      • Creative Challenge: Short (2-3 min) video/visual presentation responding to “Identify one thing in our community you’d like to improve and creatively explain a small way you could start solving it.” (Assesses problem identification, creativity, communication.)

      • Half-day workshop for shortlisted candidates.

      • Based on the application, the creative challenge, and workshop performance.
