Designed by architect Romeu Santana, the house was completely renovated ten years conforming to the heritage council’s requirements. The apartment has two atrium light wells, which ensure the rooms have a pleasant circulation of air and natural light even when the front windows and doors are closed.

The main bedroom is ensuite, with a walk-in dressing room, and there is a separate guest toilet facility.
